During your Dubsado week, I’ll set up the essentials: contracts, forms, schedulers, and a custom proposal. Everything will be clean, functional, and ready to use—without the fluff.
Once the setup is complete, you’ll receive a detailed Loom walkthrough video and a 45-minute Q&A call to answer your questions and make sure you’re confident using your new system.

How long does the process take?
The entire setup is completed in one week. After that, you’ll have a 45-minute follow-up call and access to your guided walkthrough video to ensure everything is working as expected.
What if I want to add automation later?
If you decide to expand your Dubsado setup with workflow automation or additional features in the future, I’d love to help! We can discuss upgrading to my VIP Dubsado Setup or creating a custom solution.
What do I need to provide before we get started?
You’ll need to complete the onboarding questionnaire to share your contracts, branding materials, pricing, forms, email templates, and give me admin access to your Dubsado account.
What if I don’t have a Dubsado account yet?
No problem! I’ll provide instructions on how to set up your Dubsado account and grant me access. You’ll need to activate your plan before your start date.
Can I use this service if I’m transitioning from another CRM?
Absolutely! Dubsado Made Easy™ is ideal for switching CRMs. If needed, you can add the Client Data Transfer option to move up to 20 active clients into your Dubsado account.
Does this service include workflow automation?
Dubsado Made Easy™ focuses on essential setup only. It includes things like contracts, forms, schedulers, and a custom proposal, but no workflows or automation.
What if I need more help after the follow-up call?
