What do I need to provide before we get started?
You’ll need to complete the onboarding questionnaire to share your contracts, branding materials, pricing, forms, email templates, and give me admin access to your Dubsado account.
What if I don’t have a Dubsado account yet?
No problem! I’ll provide instructions on how to set up your Dubsado account and grant me access. You’ll need to activate your plan before your start date.
Can I use this service if I’m transitioning from another CRM?
Absolutely! Dubsado Made Easy™ is ideal for switching CRMs. If needed, you can add the Client Data Transfer option to move up to 20 active clients into your Dubsado account.
Does this service include workflow automation?
Dubsado Made Easy™ focuses on essential setup only. It includes things like contracts, forms, schedulers, and a custom proposal, but no workflows or automation.
