You’ll need an active Dubsado account with your basic business details already added. We don’t need a full setup, but it will be helpful to have a few of the basic things ready to work with.
The Workflow Intensive is focused, fast, and implementation-forward.
It’s perfect if you already know what you want to automate and just need help building it quickly. We’ll zero in on the workflow you’re stuck on and get it mapped, built, and tested in real time. You’ll still get expert strategy along the way, but this isn’t a full-system overhaul. If you're looking for help with emails, schedulers, forms, contracts, and a top-to-bottom Dubsado setup, check out the VIP Experience instead.
You’ll leave with one fully outlined and partially built workflow inside your Dubsado account. During the intensive, we’ll map out the strategy for your workflow focus, implement key steps together, and identify exactly what needs to be finished on your end. You’ll also get a post-call action plan that outlines how to complete or expand your workflow once we’re done.
Primarily, yes. But if you’re using Honeybook or another CRM, we can still work together on strategy and client experience. The tech part just won’t be implemented live.
Absolutely. If they’re helping manage your backend, they should be in the room where it happens.
If you need extra support beyond what we covered in the 90-minute session, we offer hourly implementation support. Whether it's finishing out your workflow or building additional pieces, you can book hourly time as needed.
